PRIVATE CLASS: If you prefer private classes in Yoga, Nia, Meditation or Hawaiian Hula, individual instruction is available by appointment with Dhyana at Inner Moves Studio for $35/hour.
PHONE CONSULTATION is also available and can be very useful for those who have returned home after a Personal Retreat or Private Class, and have further questions or need for guidance.
